We will ensure you fully understand how Construction Industry Accounts (CIA) will assist you in the management of your company and how you will migrate to your new software system.
We will be available to answer any questions or answer any advice on the whole process of starting a new system, from checking on hardware, the installation of the software by our fully trained staff, migrating your data (dependent on current system) to explaining the “Going Live” process and your training. We are always available.
Software installations are carried out by fully trained staff.
Training is included as standard.

The support line is open 9.00am to 5.30pm Monday to Thursday and 9.00am to 5.00pm on Friday; most importantly your calls are answered immediately. There is not a call waiting service, you speak to trained staff immediately, meaning your questions are answered as soon as possible.
We make use of the internet to remotely connect to your computer (after your initiation) enabling us to view your screen, this allows an even quicker resolution of problems. We are confident you will find our support line to be the best you have ever used.
